Bibliography Markup¶

Remarks to create a bibliography

• \begin{thebibliography} (without parameter) and \end{thebibliography} for environment
• markup individual entries with \bibitem
• the bibliography heading is not part of the TeX environment instead the bibliography is included in a section which yields the heading. The hierarchy level of the bibliography corresponds to the hierarchy level of the section. So it's possible to create a bibliography for the entire book and chapter bibliographies as well
